As small business owners, we need to wear a lot of hats; even ones that we didn't go to school for, never had any training in, or don't particularly like. Every time we turn around, we're Googling one thing and searching YouTube for online tutorials for another. We work late nights, early mornings; we pour our heart and soul into our businesses and who even knows about it!
