Jeffrey R. Berner

Jeffery R. Berner initiated his education at Penn State University and completed his master's degree at Barry University in Miami. Jeff has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since entering the profession in 1988 and has served as chairperson for the East Central District of Florida.
David Antolick

David Antolick was born in upstate New York and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1993. David, his wife and two children relocated to Central Florida and now reside in Port Orange. In 2002, he earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at South University in West Palm Beach.
Michelle Applegate

Originally from Oregon, graduated from Oregon State University in 1992 with a BA / BS in Biology. From there, she landed in Hawaii where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1994 and her Masters in KLS - Athletic Training in 2001. During that time, she had opportunity to work with various University of Hawaii athletic teams along side the sports medicine physicians for 3 years.
