2.1 Inspections performed to these Standards shall provide the client with a better understanding of the property conditions, as observed at the time of the inspection. Inspections done in accordance with these Standards are visual, not technically exhaustive and will not identify concealed conditions or latent defects.

I recently hired Durson to inspect a home that I’m under contract on and he was just what I needed. Even though I was out of town he promptly responded to all pre and post inspection questions, had very fair pricing, transparency, and took his time to make sure any and all potential issues were identified. He also turned around a copy of the inspection report the next day with detailed notes and pictures. I would recommend him to any new home buyer.

We were purchasing from outside the area. Robert name was given to us by our realtor. We have found Robert to be very accommodating in arranging the inspection. He provided a very detailed report, which has been the basis of our ‘punch list’ for maintenance and repairs after we moved in.

Robert did a great job inspecting our home before our purchase. He was available to explain all the details of the home and give us a good idea if this was the home we could be happy with. He also was available after the inspection to go over some of the questions he had about the requested contingency repairs. We did end up closing on our home and are happy with our decisions.

Due to Covid-travel complications, we weren’t able to be around the day of the inspection, and Robert really gave us a very through written review, then followed up with several very detailed emails. Really great to see such outstanding, conscientious and thoughtful attention to detail.
The cost was fair for an inspection, but a real steal when you factor in Robert’s superior communications. I highly recommend!
