Our organization offers membership to companies (on behalf of their employees), vendors, or individuals (whose company might not participate). COMPANIES & NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS who join to obtain and offer these same benefits voluntarily to their employees and members. Once an organization is approved for membership, any employee or member may voluntarily become a member of my Better Benefits by accepting our membership card.

Likewise, my Better Benefits takes complaints of alleged violations of discount offerings very seriously and asks that the membership report any concerns immediately to the mBB office. We will make every effort to investigate and if necessary mediate a resolution and may take action for violations including revocation of membership for violations of our policies and procedures.
