Services
Corrective Massage Therapy
Our specialized corrective massage technique addresses chronic pain and muscular imbalances through advanced manual therapy. This modality combines neuromuscular integration and deep tissue manipulation to break scar tissue, improve mobility, and restore function. Ideal for post-injury recovery, athletes, and individuals with chronic pain conditions, this treatment creates lasting structural changes by targeting both symptoms and root causes.
Sports Massage Therapy
Designed for active individuals, sports massage optimizes athletic performance and recovery through targeted muscle manipulation. This modality addresses sport-specific stress points, enhances flexibility, and prevents injuries through tailored techniques. Recommended for professional athletes, CrossFit enthusiasts, and recreational sports participants, sessions focus on improving range of motion and accelerating post-workout recovery.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Scientifically grounded neuromuscular therapy addresses pain caused by nerve compression and muscle imbalances. By targeting trigger points and restoring proper nerve communication, this technique effectively treats conditions like sciatica and plantar fasciitis. Sessions combine deep tissue work with postural analysis to create lasting pain relief and functional improvement.
Myofascial Release Therapy
This connective tissue therapy addresses fascial restrictions causing chronic pain and mobility limitations. Through sustained pressure and stretching techniques, myofascial release improves tissue elasticity and eliminates movement restrictions. Particularly effective for postural imbalances and repetitive stress injuries, this modality enhances overall body mechanics and reduces chronic tension patterns.
Deep Tissue Massage
Focused deep tissue work targets chronic muscle tension through sustained pressure on deeper muscle layers. This modality effectively treats long-standing pain patterns and overuse injuries by breaking adhesions and improving circulation. Therapists combine Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to address both immediate discomfort and underlying structural issues contributing to chronic pain.

Absolutely amazing. I strained my back and went for a deep tissue massage and it was really really great! My mom and brother had the same massage with different people and they were also incredible. Would 100% recommend! My back feels a lot more relieved now :)

Great experience. Same day appointment which works very well for me as my schedule is unpredictable. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage by Ruth and I was very pleased. This was my first time there and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was going to do. I left with an impression of her that really stuck out. It was almost as if it wasn't our first meeting. I was extremely impressed.
