Doctor Collins and her staff have been so helpful. I was in the other day and the front staff went out their way to help me while Jessica was busy. all four girls are great and so helpful and FUN! I referred a lot of my friends in school.

I recently took my two children to get glasses and an eye exam from both Doctor Collins and Doctor Nachtigall. Very profession and super educated Doctors! The front staff are amazingly friendly and understand due to an insurance mess up on my part. Over all great staff!!

Dr. Katherine Collins of Kissel Eye Care should not be caring for any pediatric patients. She completely mismanaged my daughters eye condition. Thankfully both my husband and I work in healthcare and realized when she couldnt fully answer my questions that something seemed off. We were lucky enough to find a pediatric ophthalmologist for a second opinion. Her treatment plan was not research based, my daughters eye prescription was completely wrong, and Dr. Collins had no plan for follow up. Following her plan could have called progressive, irreversible vision loss for my daughter. I encourage
