I was born and raised in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico and grew up in a hospitality environment. In 2016 I gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful career. With a loan from my Father, and the full support of my beloved wife. We took the leap on opening our own family operated catering business in Dallas TX.

Collect all wedding decor item brides has prior to wedding (sign-in book, guest favors, cake knife and topper, picture frames and other items). Set all wedding decor bride delivered prior to event day (May require an assistant depending on number of items and complexity of set up). 3 tier Bridal Cake with butter cream icing with any piping design in any 3 flavors of amaretto, strawberry, red velvet, chocolate or coconut rum.
