You want someone with actual experience in the construction industry, and that is exactly who I am. I started my construction career as a young boy. During the summers, I would help my uncle with residential plumbing, and my grandfather taught me how to lay hardwood floors.

This inspection includes, but is not limited to, a visual inspection of structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, interiors, insulation and ventilation, fireplaces, and fuel-burning appliances.
