The HHIJGA offers individual stroke play tournaments for junior golfers of all skill levels. Individual stroke play events are for juniors ready to make the next step in competition, as they will be playing their own ball for either nine or eighteen holes. To welcome area youth (ages 7-18) to participate in the HHIJGA.
Our objective and goal is to introduce the game of golf, provide scholarships, offer quality instruction, and create a wide variety of events providing the opportunity for each junior to enjoy golf at his/her own level. We wish to promote and grow the game and have fun in the process.

Individual Events
Report
This program is for all juniors who are ready to play either 9-holes or 18-holes on their own. In addition to the individual events, there is also a 2-person scramble and Parent-Junior. Players may play in a few events, or all summer long. Players will be awarded prizes in each age division for every event.
Area Programs

The HHIJGA currently only offers programming during the summer months. If your junior is looking to continue his or her golf journey during the school year, First Tee of the Lowcountry may be a good place to start. The First Tee is an international youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people.
