Simmondss real estate went above and beyond working with us not only to manage our property in Cibolo Texas as a rental but also in assisting us to sell our home when the time came. Even with us living over 1500 miles away Simmonds made the process easy, stress free, and enjoyable for us. Robert provided excellent communication with us despite the time zone differences. I highly recommend the Simmonds agency! They have managed our rental property and also the sale of the property. A very positive experience through both. I highly recommend Robert Simmonds, he and his wonderful team are very professional, experienced and excellent in communication. They have always been very pleasant to deal with answering calls or handling concerns in a very timely manner.
