If you have a camera or smartphone, take photos of the damage and the accident scene in case you need it later. At Craftsman Collision USA we're able to repair vehicles insured with any insurance company. As we have a direct relationship with many insurers such as AAA Auto Club your insurer will often advise you to go directly to our shop for an estimate.

Do I need to make an appointment first before coming down? You're welcome to drop by unannounced, but making an appointment will allow us to prepare, make time for you and therefore improve the quality of your experience. Can I choose my own collision repair shop? Yes! After the accident, you can take your vehicle to the auto body shop of your choice no matter what your insurance adjuster may suggest.

The Craftsman Collision story began in 1977 by Bill Hatswell, an Australian who loved to ski in Canada and liked it here so much that he decided to stay. What he didn't like was the low standard of western Canada's collision repair industry back then.
So he set out to do things better in his first auto body shop in the heart of Vancouver, BC - starting with crisp, clean staff uniforms, friendly receptionists, courtesy cars, replacement vehicles, and new standards of quality and accountability.Craftsman Collision's industry leadership is what continues to set us apart today.
