Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy sessions focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through hands-on manual techniques and patient-led movement strategies. Tailored to individual conditions like back pain, knee injuries, or postural issues, treatment combines evidence-based methods such as the McKenzie Method and Mulligan Concept. Patients receive personalized care plans that emphasize self-management skills, enabling long-term recovery and prevention of recurring injuries.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets musculoskeletal pain by inserting thin needles into trigger points to release tension and promote healing. This technique, often used alongside manual therapy, effectively addresses chronic pain, sports injuries, and muscle stiffness. Our certified practitioners ensure safe, precise application to improve circulation and accelerate recovery for conditions like shoulder pain or runner's knee.
Initial Evaluation
The initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your pain, mobility limitations, and medical history. Dr. Gay spends one-on-one time discussing your goals and developing a customized treatment plan. This session establishes baseline measurements and prioritizes interventions tailored to your specific musculoskeletal condition, ensuring targeted progress from day one.

Dr. Nate worked with his hands to break up my migraines that I had for days. When medications didn't work, Dr Nate wouldn't give up until he worked the migraines out of the back of my neck. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Nate.
