Services

Landscape Maintenance

Our landscape maintenance services include bi-weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly options tailored to Arizona's climate. We handle mowing, edging, weed control, aeration, and overseeding to ensure year-round lawn health. Custom plans adapt to seasonal needs, providing flexibility for homeowners seeking consistent curb appeal without the hassle of upkeep.

Hardscaping

Hardscaping transforms outdoor spaces with durable materials like pavers, stone, and masonry. We design driveways, patios, retaining walls, and pool decks that withstand extreme heat while boosting property value. Permeable options enhance drainage, and our team ensures precision installation for long-lasting beauty and functionality in Queen Creeks desert environment.

Artificial Turf

Artificial turf installation provides low-maintenance, drought-resistant lawns that stay green year-round. Our pet-friendly options include proper drainage systems and UV-resistant materials. Ideal for families and commercial properties, the process involves soil preparation, weed barrier installation, and infill application to mimic natural grass textures while conserving water in Arizonas climate.

Irrigation Systems

Custom irrigation systems ensure efficient water distribution for lawns and plants. We specialize in sprinkler installation, drip irrigation, and smart controller setups that adapt to Arizonas arid conditions. Repairs address leaks, clogged lines, and broken heads, maintaining healthy landscapes while reducing water waste through targeted delivery to root zones.

Tree Trimming

Professional tree trimming enhances safety and health by removing dead or overgrown branches. Our team addresses Arizona-specific species like mesquite and palo verde, promoting proper growth patterns and storm resistance. Services include canopy thinning, hazard reduction, and debris removal, ensuring trees remain structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing in desert landscapes.

Questions

What services do The The Yard Experts offer?

We provide landscaping design, hardscaping, lawn care, irrigation, tree trimming, artificial turf, and maintenance. Custom projects include outdoor kitchens, pavers, and sustainable solutions.

How are maintenance plans priced?

Plans use a Bill Per-Man-Hour (BPMH) rate. Bi-weekly maintenance starts at $50 PMH. Initial cleanups are $65 PMH + disposal fee to begin service.

Can you install drip irrigation systems?

Yes, we specialize in efficient drip irrigation tailored to Arizona's climate, reducing runoff while targeting plant root zones for optimal hydration.

Are your services licensed and insured?

Yes, we are a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC# 278618) and fully insured for legal, safe installations across all services.

How long do paver installations last?

With proper maintenance, high-quality pavers endure decades. Driveways typically degrade faster due to frequent use versus decorative walkways or patios.

Workers broke my sewer clean out in the yard and didn't notify me. The rocks from the yard have fallen into the hole now causing my drains to back up.

I've been using The Yard Experts since 2015. They've removed my Ruellia in 2015 and since then, they've removed a Lantana root ball. This year, I needed my irrigation timer replaced and they replaced it, and I've had no issues since. This year I also had a dead Purple Leaf Plum tree and a couple of old Lantanas that I needed replaced. They removed those and installed 6 more Lantanas and a Dark Pink Oleander Tree. I can't wait until they bloom with all the nice colors. Everything was installed professionally and timely. I even offered the workers bottles of water due to the late spring heat. Hopefully
