Our Tiger-Cubs Program is our early child development martial arts program and is specifically designed for pre-school and kindergarten students ages 4, 5 and 6 years old. These years are extremely formative years in your child's life, and our Tiger-Cubs training is designed to make a positive impact on your child's physical, social and life skills development.
Kids Martial Arts

Build the right foundation for your child with Tiger-Rock's Kids Martial Arts training program. This program is specially designed for elementary students ages 7 to 11 years old. Tiger-Rock Juniors will learn the foundations of martial arts along with continuing to develop their physical, social and life skills development.
Teen Martial Arts

Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Lone Tree provides a positive environment for teens and pre-teens aged 12-15. When a student becomes part of our teen martial arts program, they join a group of like-minded peers. Students experience growth mentally, emotionally, and socially in our program. There are many exciting training, competitive, and leadership opportunities that enhance the student's Tiger-Rock experience.
