At Alta Vista Rehabilitation Centre, we are committed to developing clinical programs focused on meeting the specific needs of patients in our West Los Angeles Community. Working with local physicians and other medical professionals, we established programs addressing patient needs in areas of Stroke/ Neuro Trauma Recovery, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
We care for a wide range of patients and a full spectrum of medical conditions and needs. Our professional nurses and nursing assistants, in partnership with the patient's physician, provide care for the whole patient. Working hand-in-hand, the nurses and our in-house therapists provide care that is consistent with each patient's ability to recover.

They do an amazing job with activities and keeping all the residents having fun! They have uplifted my spirits many times with their social skills and fun personalities.
