Bottom line? = You can definitely count on highly experienced and knowledgeable, capable, candid / honest, reliable advice AND service from Comp-Pros. They repaired my high-end but older laptop (including installing replacement parts and ensuring continuing full functionality) within 1 day (as promised). From beginning to end they were responsive and reliable. They DID NOT TRY selling me anything extra (that I didn't need). They DID fully fix and appropriately upgrade my laptop -- and at a truly reasonable price. Alexander provided great advice on this laptop and my potential next laptops. Antonio

BEWARE OF SCAMS!! I called ahead and used the online support to get a quote on a laptop screen repair. They gave me 2 employee names, 1 quote, and a ticket number. I go in and some guy claiming to be the manager wants to charge me an extra $80 for the repair even with my quote, ticket number, and employee references!! I like supporting small business but this person obviously likes taking advantage of struggling college students stay away!!!
