Dr. Lambert grew up in Boise, Idaho and graduated from dental school with honors from Oregon Health Sciences University, after which he served four years in the US Army Dental Corps. Dr. Lambert completed one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in the Army and then lived the following 3 years in Germany.
