I was born in Athens, Ohio and lived there until I was 13 years old. I moved to Stockdale, Texas where I graduated from high school. I enjoyed anything outdoors, especially, fishing, camping, and baseball. I started college at Texas Lutheran University, in Seguin, TX and earned a bachelor's degree in biology.
