So disappointed, I booked this appointment out months in advance due to their busy schedule and mine as well. Arrived five minutes late in our coldest weather of the year due to the construction light not working for the reroute of Research and they wouldnt take me. I would imagine on a day like today with the roads so horrible and traffic so bad that everyone is going to be a little late. I even left early. They offered other times in the afternoon but that was why I booked out my appointment so far in advance. Ill be doing business elsewhere as this is not good customer service at all.

It was one of the best dermatology appointments Ive ever had. Actually it was the best doctors appointment ever had. There was virtually no wait, the Doctor that examined me was very efficient, she explained every detail. It was just a really great experience!
