With 20 years of experience as a professor of Philosophy and Religion at the college level and 31 years of officiating couples' weddings, Jeanne understands what makes a ritual meaningful, beautiful, and effective. You will likely have your tour with Jeanne and, if you are interested and she's available, she'll get to know you well so she can officiate a one of a kind wedding ceremony, crafted just for you.

Hidden River Events expresses it sincere grief, disappointment, and anger over the continued marginalization of African Americans in our country along with other people of color. We remember George Floyd and his family along with the countless others-sadly too numerous to name-who in all too recent history have likewise suffered from the prejudice and systemic racism still rampant in our culture.

You can remove food, flowers, dessert, and/or photography. Typically, food is $16/person plus tax; dessert is $4/person plus tax; photographer is $1500; flowers range from $350-$1200 typically, depending upon the size of the event. With the food, if kept in the package, you have several choices of meals and within each choice, several choices as well.
The Ceremony

Seven different ceremony sites, each with a different feel, to nurture and highlight your loving. When you drive into our farm, it is as if you have left a bit of civilization behind. You pass all sorts of homes on the roads leading to our farm, some churches, grocery stores, small businesses, a few gas stations.
