Gail was absolutely incredible!! We were in town for the weekend and stumbled upon her. We hadnt had facials in years. Our skin feels so rejuvenated, baby soft and even lighter in complexion! She removed black-heads from our faces. Educated us on many daily face routines and explained the outcome of various products. She treats you like family, I literally felt like her daughter that she was trying to take care of. BEST FACIALS IN ORLANDO AREA!!

Gail saved the day and my face she was full of knowledge from beginning to end! Peaceful, Relaxing, positive vibes loved the atmosphere! If youre in Orlando check her out! She wont disappoint!

I arrived at my appointment at 11:30 as scheduled and I texted that I had arrived. A woman approached the door and very rudely said you can not come in and HELD the door closed. I told her who I was there for soft aesthetics clinic and she stated thats me and Ill be back. Slammed the door in my face and left me standing outside, at 11:45 I started to walk away because she had not come back out, and had not texted me back. She then came out and started yelling at me across the parking lot. This company has now charged me $35 and refuses to refund me even though they were late and unprofessional
