Update on how much of a scam this place is , everything they' said they did to my car , was horrible and almost giving out , they use cheap / used parts bc you'll never find out or know , I took it to the dealership along with the invoices and wow , I feel so stupid for wasting so much money think they had my best interest .

I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worse enemy. I took my BMW there to get a diagnosis they didn't come up with anything for two weeks. They still required me to pay the diagnosis fee which I was fine with because I was thinking of getting work there later and they could put that money on a future project. When I got home I noticed my front passenger rim was beat up. I've had my rooms for three years and I've never gotten a scratch on them. I went here for an oil change and after an hour of driving my car was reading oil level half full. I went back and they looked at my car and said the oil level looked full. I thought it was a computer error so I drove 30 minutes home and let the car settle for several hours. I recently checked it again and now it was showing that I need to a quart of oil. I'm baffled by this I've never had oil problems with my car. Nothing is leaking and at the shop there was no mention of anything in need of repair or maintenance. I have had great experiences with Sam and Joe's up until now.This has been by far the worst experience ever..I dropped my truck off for a battery change. I picked it up and now my radio functions back up cameras or sensors are not working. There were no issues before, and they want to charge a fee to take a look at it. I have spent thousands of dollars with these guys, and am in utterly disbelief that they would not take the initiative to at least make it right. I have referred several people to them, and we will all take our business elsewhere.
