The entire team at Dr. Weddle's practice is fantastic! Miss Cynthia at the front desk is kind and accommodating of scheduling needds/changes. The rehab team is warm and efficient and timely. And Raquel, the financial counselor, gave me the best customer experience/financial counseling I've ever gotten from a medical practice. She took the time to explain the my insurance, the treatment plan, the total cost, and then gave me several options for a payment plan, including determining what day of the month my payment would draft from my account. Dr. Weddle and his staff provided treatment to me for 3 months regarding injuries sustained in a car accident. He and his team completely changed my back and my life. I feel better then ever before. Everyone from Dr. Weddle to Adrian and Ivan was polite, helpful and very nice. I would recommend to anyone. One tip - the secretary had a strong/blunt personality that could be improved as well as her cigarette smell.
