CMA requires a security deposit of 1.5 times the rent (ex: rent $1,000, security deposit $1,500) as well as the first month's rent. Rent will be prorated to the day of move in. Yes, the security deposit is 100% refundable. You can ensure receiving your security deposit back by following the cleaning checklist and leaving the property how you found it!
