Our client was one of three persons charged with armed robbery, among other charges. The prosecution argued that our client and his co-defendants lured the alleged victim to an empty street, and robbed him at gun point, even though eye witnesses saw no weapon, and the alleged victim gave conflicting stories about what happened.
