Took me a month just to get a virtual consultation through FaceTime all for them to tell me an hour before the appmt that something came up and the doctor couldnt do it anymore. As if that wasnt unprofessional and annoying enough, they told me for my issue I could send pictures to their email and have some evaluate for me and get back to me. Sent pictures twice. 2 different emails. No response. Please dont waste your time like I did. 0 stars honestly they clearly dont care
