Dr. David R. Kramer, MD is the Medical Director for all Recovery Unplugged medical and psychiatric services in South Florida. He is a Psychiatrist, Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 1996. He received his Medical degree with honors at the University of South Florida and completed his Psychiatry training at the University of Pennsylvania.
