Went in with an eye condition and was eager to meet with Dr. Krsmanovic because of her great reviews but one of the women at the front desks advised me that my visit would cost me more than Ive ever paid, which didnt make sense since Ive only ever paid the co-pay. She was quick to dismiss my confusion and reluctant to explain things further. The optometrist was fine I think but the sales team and whether they stand behind their glasses are not great. Actually awful, I still have not gotten my glasses and they have had my money for months. They dropped the ball and did not get me my glasses when they promised theyd be done and did not stand behind their error. Still trying to figure this out. I dread going in there.

Great experience! Came in for my annual eye exam. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr. Krsmanovic was kind and thorough. She addressed any concerns I had. The staff explained all costs and helped me pick the best package for me for my contacts. They also cleaned my frames and gave me a few extra pairs of contacts for no charge! Would recommend this office to anyone :)

I have had the worst customer service experience at this place. A lot of useless women sitting staring at the cell phone all day and completely ignored the client's requirements. I needed to order the lenses for my glasses, which is something that does not take more than a week, due to a bad information from them with my insurance the service took more than 3 weeks and when my glasses arrived back they realized the mistake! And for them it was the most normal thing that happened, they did not even offer to rush the service since it was their fault. WORST SERVICE IN NYC.
