For this reason, we created the Canaan Cares Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) group, which helps fund research and care options for elderly and disabled individuals. A portion of every dollar we make goes to the Canaan Cares Foundation.

Most of our caregivers are licensed by the state and are either Medical Assistants, Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), or Licensed Nurses (LVN or RN). All have passed a very thorough screening process, including a 50-state criminal background check, detailed reference checks, behavioral interviews, and caregiver competency tests.
