Crystal Thompson, The National Account Manager should not be allowed to interact with customers. She ignores emails, is rude on the phone and always acts like she's having a bad day. I mean who answers a customer's call with "can I help you?". Can I help you is what you say to someone you do not want on your property. She is the sole reason I'm taking my business elsewhere.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. Constant delays and rude staff with deceptive tactics., We still kept on working with them as we were too far in our project to find a new company.
Tim, who is the CEO of the company lied to my partner and myself promising that the signs will ship ten days ago. We finally received the "Signs" and they're unusable as he just sent the letters with nothing to mount them on. He claimed that this is what we ordered and if we want something else we need to pay for it. Typical "Bait and Switch" tactic. We had multiple conversations
