Highly recommend. Mark got me into my house within 45 minutes of me calling on a Wednesday night after hours. Couldn’t fix everything that night, but got me locked in safe at night. Came back the next day and redid all my locks with additional spare keys. He is my go to lock guy in the future!

Great experience being locked out of a running car in a grocery store parking lot. The call was answered on the first try, and I got a call back in 3 minutes from a tech that gave me an ETA. I was in my car in well under 5 minutes after waiting for approx 30 min for the tech to arrive. (30 min is a really short timeframe on a sunday afternoon).
I'll certainly be bookmarking this business for all future needs.

I got locked out of a new-to-me car this morning, and Sean showed up within a reasonable period of time and within less than 2 minutes, I had access to the car again! We had a great experience with Sean and TN Premier Locksmith! He was quick to get to our house and very knowledgeable of locks. We had a problem with our front door and a side door. He was professional and courteous. Our locks were fixed in no time. His pricing was fair. I will use him again and give him the highest recommendation!

This 5 star rating is for Sean, who is professional and seems to know anything and everything about locks, car keys, etc. He is truly a one stop shop. It was done fast, with good communication, and very clean. The guy knows what he is doing.
However, I will say Sean was not the first person from this company to come out to check on my situation. I was charged $30 for the first service visit from another tech with no results, and essentially had to start over the next day with Sean and pay another $30. The work from Sean was great, so I looked the other way on this.
