Bernie started her Property Management career over 35 years ago in Hawaii working for a large company called Chaney Brooks. She and her family moved to Bainbridge Island in 1996 and brought with her a tremendous amount of property management experience.
Bernie acquired Puget Sound Property Management in 1999 and not only managed residential properties on Bainbridge Island but she also managed Condo HOA's, Single Family Homes and Apartments on Bainbridge Island then later branched out managing properties throughout Kitsap County.

A: Yes, if an emergency owners may contact our after hours service. Owners may also email us or send a text through our Appfolio portal and we will get back to you asap. A: PSPM provides for electronic monthly owner rental distributions into bank account of your choice. A: Lease are available upon owners request otherwise we keep signed leases in the tenant portal.

A: No, unfortunately, we can hold a place only with an approved application and receipt of the deposit for the property. A: We do not collect last months rent therefore only deposit, pet deposit, if applicable, and first month's rent is required at move in.
A: Yes, the deposit is refundable after the tenant moves out if the property is turned over in similar to same condition aside from normal wear and tear and there are no outstanding tenant charges or unpaid utilizes due.A: Rent is to be paid online through the tenant portal via electronic check, credit card or by check.
