Beautiful Flowers & Balloons

I really want to say how amazing they are. We live in Dallas Texas and sent flowers for a family funeral there in Beaufort. They contacted us to go over the order and to express their condolences. My family there said flowers were beautiful. Thank you for your service and kind heart. It meant a lot.

I received flowers for my birthday. I usually receive peach roses. They did not have them, so the giver ordered pink. When the flowers were delivered the driver had said that they had added the balloon at no cost. The flower arrangement was in a vase that had floral tape across the top. The flowers were already starting to lose their outer pedals. I would never order from this company!!!!

Just wanted to pick up a bouquet for my wife, and was told they were too busy "don't have time for this" and told me to try Publix. I wasn't asking for a favor, I was willing to pay for a service, and was still rejected as a nuisance. Shop is hard to find. When you get to the building, there is no sign telling you were to go, so you have to guess what floor it's in. It's just not worth the hassle for me.

I am so disappointed for picking this place to get my wife her flowers for our anniversary. I placed the order online and got a confirmation confirmation email that they would be ready. I rushed over there after work to pick them up only to see a sign on the door that says out for delivery. I called the number posted on the door and the lady continue to tell me that she never made them. She was very rude.

Very pleasant to do business with. Mrs.Donna and her husband are very helpful. They go above and beyond to help fulfill your order. Careful attention to every detail.

Balloons were ordered and the card was wrong. When calling this business, they said they would be open until 5:00 pm. Upon showing up at the door to the business at 4:24 pm, it is discovered that they decided to close early. They will not return emails or phone calls. Half of my balloons had lost the helium in them within 2-3 hours. What a complete rip off for $40.00. Do not waste your time or money!

I have used Beautiful Flowers for a few years. My Mom lives down there and I enjoy sending her flowers. They do an incredible job. The employees are so friendly to work with. Very attentive to your needs and CARE about your order. Call them direct. Four thumbs up!!!

I recommend not using this florist. Shop around first. What we ordered is not at ALL what we recieved. Totally different. When finally getting the opportunity to speak to the manager she would not listen to a… word I was trying to say. She over spoke every thing then accused us of taking some flowers out of the arrangement so that was why it looked different. I finally ended up hanging up the phone because it was getting nowhere. Customer service is # 1 and she should of offered a refund for that awful arrangement.

This business was contacted first thing in the morning to attain a Valentine's Day arrangement that I was prompted to select from their online store because they were to busy trying to get their orders out the door after initially being told to call back in an hour and a half to let me know what was available. I then went online selected one of the… arrangements from what was supposedly available according to the representative that hurriedly needed to get off the phone. After selecting an arrangement then paying an additional 20$ for a total of $148.00 the supposed "premium" sizing to include

Most pleasant to deal with, all the staff so helpful. They do everything to be of service to customers and fulfill their orders, above and beyond expectations. They offer extra service to help their repeat customers remember and plan for upcoming needs too. We rely on them to fulfill all of our special event and holiday floral gifts to family and friends. We couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered these from England for my boyfriend who is currently in America. They seemed expensive compared with florists in England, but based on my online look for florists in the area, the pricing seems to be competitive. Communication by email is sometimes a little slow but if you call by phone, service is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The flowers were hand delivered, they checked when my boyfriend would be in right before delivering and they were beautiful, fresh and well-presented. Thank you!
