I have accepted the position of Director of Instruction for The Highlands Performance Golf Center in Carrollton, TX. My group lessons and private instruction for adults and juniors are now conducted at The Highlands. Leah has been a member of the PGA of America since 1987, achieving quarter century membership status in 2012, and currently serving on the Northern Texas PGA Board of Directors.
Leah is the first female in history to serve on this Board. She is the 2019 Section Award Winner for PGA Player Development (Growth of the Game) from the NTPGA. Leah is the Director of Instruction for The Highlands Performance Golf Center in Carrollton, TX. Prior to establishing The Golf Institute in 1991, Leah was the interim head professional and assistant professional at Stonebriar CC.

Founded in 1991 by Leah Berst, the purpose of the school is to offer comprehensive learning for golfers of all ages, genders and experience levels. The school presently offers both adult and junior classes and events. Small group clinics are limited to 6 students (to one instructor) for more personal attention.

FEES INCLUDE: Professional instruction (6 to 1 ratio), range balls used during clinic and any use of equipment. Maximum of 6 students. Camp covers all aspects of the game including some playing. We will learn the techniques of the swing and short game. We will cover the basics of how to get around the golf course with an emphasis on rules and etiquette.
