Agape Home Care has been providing unmatched home care services, comfort and peace-of-mind to Fort Worth and surrounding areas since 1996. Agape Home Care has more than 60 trained team members on staff - from caregivers to licensed nurses. You can take comfort in knowing that every caregiver is supervised by a nurse.

Nearly half of Agape Home Care caregivers have worked for us at least three years. Fifteen percent have been with us three to four years, and 21 percent have worked for Agape between five and 19 years. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and an Agape Home Care personal care assistant can typically be at your door within four hours of your call.

Agape Home Care offers non-medical Personal Assistance Services specifically to help combat loneliness and provide help with everyday tasks.

According to AARP, nearly 90% of older adults want to age-in-place and maintain independence. Yet, 85% of older adults have no resources to prepare themselves and their homes for aging.

A comprehensive home safety assessment is performed annually by trained and certified care coordinators from Agape Home Care and includes the front yard, all entry areas, every room including bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, garage, basement, kitchen and dining room, lighting evaluation, fire safety and electrical safety.Afterward, a complete summary, including photographs, is prepared with recommendations for fall prevention and home safety.

Agape Home Care's Aging Life Care Managers adhere to a client-centered approach to caring for older adults or others facing ongoing health challenges.

Agape Home Care was established in 1996 in Fort Worth, Texas by two registered nurses. It has since grown to a staff of more than 60 with a service area that includes Fort Worth and surrounding areas. All Agape Home Care personal care assistants are experienced caregivers with a minimum of one year at a facility or agency, who have also passed an extensive background check and skill assessment.
In-home Consultation

Agape Home Care's free in home consultation allows us to gain a greater understanding of your loved one's individual needs. An Agape Home Care licensed nurse, known as a case manager, will meet with you and your loved one to identify all the ways we can assist him or her with living independently. During our in home consultation, the case manager walks through daily living activities and your loved one's current health care needs.
