Behind every great restaurant is a great dreamer, and Pompei's Restaurant & Pizza is no exception. The owner, Gennaro Manganaro, has worked in the food industry since he was 11 years old. Gennaro, a native of Naples, Italy, came to Pennsylvania at age 19 to work with the family pizza business. In 1986, Gennaro purchased Pompei's Restaurant & Pizza in hopes of continuing a family business.
