The staff at the Windsor Veterinary Clinic welcome you and your pets to our well-equipped facility. Our country location allows us to provide quality veterinary care in a friendly, comfortable environment. The clinic is located on Route 32, convenient to Augusta, Waterville, and many surrounding communities.

We invite you to come in to meet the staff and get to know us, and of course we appreciate your trust in us to care for your small animal family members. Meet Our Team

Dr. Matthies graduated from Cornell Veterinary School in 1997. Together they also have 3 children, 4 cats, 2 small dogs, and 2 lizards. When she isn't working or caring for her family, she enjoys outdoor activities and relaxing with friends. While at work, Dr. Matthies enjoys talking with and educating her clients and spending time with her patients.

To better serve you and your pets, we have established a positive working relationship with several veterinary specialists. Their specialties include but are not limited to: Internal Medicine, Advanced and Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Radiology, Ophthalmology, and Dentistry. We are proud to offer cardiology services from board certified veterinary cardiologist, John MacGregor, D.V.M., DACVIM-Cardiology.

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
Pet Wellness

Distemper This vaccine protects your dog or cat from a variety of airborne respiratory and intestinal viruses. It is recommended for indoor and outdoor pets. The initial vaccine series typically starts at 6-8 weeks of age and is repeated every 3 to 4 weeks until your pet is 16 weeks old. Periodic boosters are recommended (details vary with breed, species, and age).
