Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage combines long strokes, kneading, and rhythmic tapping to promote relaxation and improve circulation. This foundational technique adapts pressure intensity to individual needs, making it ideal for general wellness and stress relief. Our therapists use warmed oils to enhance muscle relaxation while maintaining proper anatomical alignment for optimal therapeutic benefit.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic muscle tension through sustained pressure on specific trigger points. This technique addresses pain caused by improper muscle use, improving mobility and reducing inflammation. Our therapists combine slow movements with focused attention on problem areas for lasting relief from persistent discomfort.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage employs invigorating techniques to prepare athletes for competition and aid post-event recovery. This modality enhances performance through improved circulation and reduced muscle fatigue. Our therapists specialize in injury prevention strategies and muscle condition optimization for active individuals.
Lymph Drainage
Lymph Drainage uses gentle feather-touch techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system's natural cleansing processes. This non-invasive approach reduces swelling and boosts immune function. Our therapists address conditions related to poor lymph circulation, promoting overall wellness through enhanced bodily fluid movement.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy focuses on subtle movements of cranial bones and cerebrospinal fluid. This gentle approach alleviates chronic headaches and stress-related conditions. Our therapists work with the central nervous system's rhythms to restore balance and relieve long-standing physical and emotional tension.

100% the best massage I've ever had and I've had alot of them. I called Cindy in the morning and she was able to book me that same day in the evening. Camilla arrived and she was so friendly and professional. I had a 100 minute deep tissue massage and she kept the intense pressure through the entire massage which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be calling again next time I am in town. Highly highly recommend working with Cindy and Camilla.

Timely, efficient, attention to detail, and great service. Cindy has about a dozen different therapists, with a variety of different styles to choose from. I love that it's easy to get an appointment same day, and that they came to y place. I highly recommend.
