At L&A Home Inspections we will be wearing a mask, nitrile gloves, and shoe booties anytime that we are inside the home. We are now able to meet with buyers and realtors, but per the governor's orders, they have to wear gloves and a mask. The sellers do not have to vacate the property. And as always, we are willing to answer any questions that you might have going forward, even after you move in.
We use state of the art software which means you will have your report available to you generally before we even leave the property. We are happy to go over the report with you page by page later that evening or whenever you desire.
