My name is Joan Foschi. I was born and raised in San Francisco, California and moved to Denver, North Carolina in 2014 with my husband Robert. A year later our family was complete with the birth of our darling daughter Juliet. I am continually uplifted by her spontaneity, innocence, and imagination.

We are focused on the prevention of dental disease. Our goal is for all of our patients to be in our "No Cavity Club!" Establishing regular dental visits early in life is essential for prevention. We want to see your child at least twice a year for cleanings and exams. However, if the sugar bugs strike, we can quickly and effectively clean up those cavities with no problem!

I'm Dr. Julie Spivey, and I want to welcome you to Lake Norman Pediatric Dentistry! I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. I attended The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where I earned a B.S. in Biology and then went on to earn my D.M.D. from the UAB School of Dentistry. My husband, Dr. Reid Spivey, and I graduated from dental school together and both began practicing general dentistry in Alabama.

My name is Otter! I am a hypoallergenic Goldendoodle from my mom's home state of Alabama (Roll Tide!). My mom Dr. Julie knew long before she opened the doors of LKNPD that she wanted a sweet pup to help her take care of her patients. I'm still a therapy dog in training, but most days I'm at work, meeting families and learning how to be an extra good boy!
