Very friendly and helpful staff. They back up their work and products. The hours are inconvenient for someone who works, closed weekends. My new glasses hurt my head, and I cant get them adjusted until next week.

Dr Zemke is by far the best ophthalmologist I've ever had. He's easy going, ebay and has a great sense of humor which put me at ease from the first time I ever went. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he's always got the time to explain things to me. I've recommend him to do many people. Everyone that works here are nice and professional. Shout out to Haley the MA that made my day with her sweet demeanor when I was nervous the other day as well.

If you have a low prescription and don't require a lot of frame selection options you will be fine here. I require a very strong prescription, very specific small round frames, and need multiple adjustments to get things exactly right. They didn't have any frames that met my needs, I tried a few different things that all came up short. They basically told me they were done with me because they didn't want to lose money. I doubt they'll do it to you, but I must give 1 star for my personal experience. Everyone was very nice. Now I must wait until next year to process again with my insurance. Don
