At Dr. Regine Smet O.D., our goal is to promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept VSP, Spectera, cash, and all credit cards. We inform our Cypress patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.
Meet the Optometrists

She went to South Africa for a year immediately after graduation to teach at a local university and to work in a private optometry practice. Upon returning to California, she worked for ophthalmology practices and provided eye exams to the elderly in nursing homes. She was lucky to participate on missions for the Lyons club to provide much needed eye care to the people of Guyana.
