Patrick is the president and owner of McCann Custom Remodeling. He graduated from Miami University with a degree in physics and mathematics. He has a passion for building businesses, and spends pretty much all of his time reading books, writing, and working. John is the mastermind behind all of McCann's projects.
For over 40 years he's been building and improving homes all across the U.S. from Ohio down to Texas. As our lead project manager, he basically runs the show! On weekends he likes to play golf and watch the Browns hopefully win a game for once! Owner and Chief Adviser, David also operates all of our heavy equipment like dump trailers, lifts, and excavators.

McCann Custom Remodeling was originally founded in 2002 under the name McCann & Son Builders when John McCann became frustrated with the decline of integrity and quality in the construction industry. In 2015, the company changed its name to McCann Custom Remodeling to reflect its new focus on custom renovations rather than new home construction.
