Terrible customer service. The doctor was supposed to give me a referral for an oral surgeon, weeks pass and I still did not receive anything so I decided to reach out myself. They refused to give me a referral even after the doctor already stated I would get one. I had to go back and forth with multiple people in this office and I finally got the referral only because I cursed them out. It shouldnt have had to come to that since I was already promised that Id get one because I have a tooth that needs to be extracted immediately. Also, myself and the oral surgeons office had to contact

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Carter-Robinson for almost a year now. We are so happy we found her. She and everyone in the office are so kind and professional. As someone whos always been a little nervous to visit the dentist, they make me feel very comfortable.
