Actual dental work is great, but the business office is a joke. They told me they called my insurance to check on frequency of service. They called me back and said work on one side would have to be pushed back due to frequency, but the other side was fine to go ahead and do work on. Turns out, my insurance denied all of the work because they did not actually ask about both sides. They only asked about one side. When I tried to get an actual answer from them after determining that the denial was appropriate, the Business Manager said they had no proof that any call to insurance was made. She said

When they took picture for Invisalign the dentist assistant had gloves on when she put her fingers in my mouth but then she grabbed her phone to take the pictures and didnt change her gloves before putting her fingers back in my mouthvery gross.

This was the best dental experience Ive ever had - and I have avoided the dentist for a long time because part experiences have been so bad. The staff was incredible. Wont wait so long to go back!!

After chasing my dentist down after selling his practice and moving to Love to Smile... I must say that this is the worst. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I had a crown that was paid for 100% that was not set and "lost". The dentist had left in patient notes that there had been a refund, wrong. The dentist and Love to Smile said they were sorry this happened in the transition and they would take care of me and get the crown made in house and set at no additional charge. At the visit they took an x-ray and the tooth was bad and had to be pulled by an oral surgeon

Love to Smile in Overland Park was amazing with my 8 and 4 year old kids! They explained everything and helped them feel at ease. It made going to the dentist a not-so-scary trip. They were even able to squeeze both of them in on the same day to make things more convenient. We will be back for sure!!

Do not get your invisalign done here. I had to go to an orthodontist for traditional braces upon my smile being messed up by Dr. Pedersen and her "gold status" invisalign care (or lack thereof).
