Levi at Laptops Plus in Carlsbad went beyond the call of duty to salvage the collapse of my computer hard drive during Christmas week. He constantly gave me updates and eventually manage to clone all of my data on a new operating system. He really worked miracles and I was truly grateful for the service I received. Im especially glad I have a service contract with tech 2U since they are always so helpful whenever I needed them remotely.

I called other shops locally and they wanted to charge me $30 inspection fee just to have them look at my computer for a second. I didn't experience that with laptops Plus in Carlsbad. They spent about 20 minutes with me and I found out that my power cord went bad. They were pleasant and informative. They've definitely earned my business in the future.
