Born in Wisconsin and spending over 20 years in the Seattle area, and now in Arizona, I have a unique knowledge of different building practices. I was a union carpenter and attended their school for carpentry before becoming a superintendent for a general contractor, specializing in commercial building remodels.
Having done this work I am able to pass this knowledge on to you during the inspection period. Whether you are present for the inspection or not, we will go over the inspection report in great detail. If there is something that needs to be fixed I will try to explain to you, the home's new owner, how you might be able to take care of the issues or if a specialist should further evaluate the component.

The fee for your Home Inspection is generally determined by the age and the square footage of the home and if any detached buildings will need to be inspected. Although we try not to charge for location there are some areas that will require a trip fee. Please call us for a quote for your inspection.

Travis and Jaedon were both professional. They went over their findings in pretty good detail in person and explained why they had the findings. I was sent a report within a few minutes after the inspection was done. I highly recommend this company if you need a home inspection done.

I sell Real Estate. I ONLY recommend TRW Inspections. Why? Because I have used or been "the other side" of many transactions and seen reports from other inspectors. The others tend to either miss a lot, or "make up" issues. Yes, literally make up issues. TRW states the facts. Buying a home here in Hereford. I have never seen as thorough, or professional, an inspection before. If you want a home inspection done in southeast Arizona, and you want it done right, do not go anywhere else. TRW is fantastic. The report alone will blow you away. I'd give this company six stars if there were another one available.
