In 2007, Nancy Love started shopping for a bridal gown with her recently engaged friend and quickly realized that Jacksonville needed a bridal boutique with upscale designs in a laid-back environment. On Valentine's Day, Nancy along with her sister-in-law, Mary, opened the boutique. Nestled in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, Love quickly became known as the pretty pink building on A1A.

I ordered my dress from Love yesterday, and my dress shopping experience was fantastic! I am more excited about being married than getting married and was unsure how the dress shopping experience would go. Love made the dress shopping experience fun without any pressure or stress to decide that day. Laney was amazing to work with and I cannot say enough good things about her! She heard what I was looking for and actually grabbed the dress I purchased in the first 3 selections! Stop looking at reviews and make an appointment here! I am a very picky bride and have been to salons in a few states and this was by far the best experience I have had anywhere. Becca was my consultant and she was extremely helpful and really listened to what I wanted and ultimately helped me find the dress. The day of my appointment my mom was ill and wasn't able to make it, so I called the salon the next day to see if they could squeeze me in just to show my mom the dress I selected. The staff was so accommodating and even stayed late so that I could have the whole dress experience with my mom

The individual rooms! The attentive and non-pushy sales girls! The GORGEOUS decor! The selection of dresses and accessories — just enough and not overwhelming!!! Seems their options are highly curated to meet all types of brides! Need I say more! I love their new location and the way they designed it! I am not a bride, but I was so impressed I had to say something!

If I could give Love more than 5 stars, I would! If you’re starting your dress search, make this your first (and last) stop. Trust me on this! From my very first telephone consultation to my actual dress appointment, the service at this boutique was incredible. I was a little nervous about dress shopping, but the consultants at Love made me feel instantly comfortable. I ended up having a blast! I had a few unique features I was looking for in my dress/accessories and Love was more than prepared with plenty of options. Love is the BEST, hands down! I also work within the wedding industry, so finding a quality vendor to work with for my perfect dress was important to me! The Love team is amazing. Although I must have driven them nuts trying to find a dress, they did not stop trying to make sure I found the perfect gown. The team is highly knowledgable and experienced. I went in with pictures and a moodboard of my entire wedding aesthetic and the selections they had chosen for me, when I walked in, could not have been more perfect. The owner, Melissa, is also incredibly lovely. Any concern or change of heart I had, she made sure it was handled and that I walked out of there with the dress of my dreams.

I cannot say enough good things about Love!!! They gave me the dress shopping experience of a lifetime. Every girl dreams about this day and they exceeded all of my expectations!! Every dress that Paige pulled for me was gorgeous & exactly what I was looking for, but when I tried on “the one” I just knew!! It was exactly like the photos I had sent that I wanted. This boutique has exceeded the expectations i would have ever set for dress shopping. They assisted me with discovering my favorite dress style and then showed me several options within my budget. The service that was provided to me was very rare and compassionate. You can truly tell that every single person there loves what they do. While other shops lost my business due to them not allowing my group size in the boutique with me, Love worked with me and made sure to include everyone i wanted there because they understand the importance of that special moment of finding your dress. Emily was absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she was so helpful and patient. She was able to make things fun and helped me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful in each dress. Paige was great too! There was no pushing anything on you or a feeling of them just wanting a sale. No judging or rudeness either. They exceeded any expectations I had and truly made it a wonderful experience!! I’m going to be honest and say I never leave a review, I always just do the star rating and call it a day. But Love Bridal Boutique has been so amazing to work with and literally made my wedding day in so many ways that it felt morally wrong to not leave a review! Love Bridal Boutique is an amazing local wedding shop in Jax Beach. I went in last year (2019 pre-covid) with 4 guests and I had a truly one of a kind experience. There were 2 other brides but their rooms are very spaced out that I like I was in my own private area of the boutique.
