Services
Equine Vaccinations
Tailored vaccination programs protect horses against contagious diseases. Our veterinarians develop customized schedules based on age, use, and exposure risks. Annual Coggins testing ensures compliance with interstate movement requirements while preventing Equine Infectious Anemia spread.
Dental Care
Routine dental floating prevents mouth sores and maintains chewing efficiency. We use precision pneumatic tools to smooth sharp tooth edges. Annual examinations detect early dental issues affecting performance or general health.
Swim Therapy
The 60-foot chlorinated therapy pool provides low-impact conditioning. Resistance training improves cardiopulmonary capacity while rebuilding muscle coordination. Specialized staff supervise sessions for injury rehabilitation or athletic performance enhancement.
Lameness Services
Comprehensive lameness evaluations combine physical exams with digital imaging. Treatment plans integrate regenerative therapies and joint injections. Our focus on sports medicine addresses performance-limiting conditions in athletic horses.
Thermal Imaging
This non-invasive technology detects sub-clinical inflammation through heat pattern analysis. Since 2001, we've used thermal imaging to identify multi-focal lameness issues invisible during standard exams, enabling precision treatment planning.

We absolutely love Marcotte Vet clinic. The staff is all super friendly, kind, compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable of horses. We have taken several horses to see them, each with its own unique problem or issue varying from simple teeth floating, respiratory infections, strains, sprains, colic and they even helped us to make a very difficult end of life decision. Dr Marcotte and his staff are the best. I will continue to use his services and hope and pray he doesnt decide to retire anytime soon.

Dr. Marcotte truly is an excellent equine vet, and, he cares about the animal patients he sees. I think he and his wife nearly live at the clinic and seem uniquely content with that. His help are all knowledgeable and friendly.

Brought my 27yo TB to get some help for his locking stifles (due to age and high mileage). Entire team was amazing and facility and instruments were clean. (Believe me, they are not in some places.) Their prices are reasonable and the treatment worked! Doc is back running around like a 10yo again. Thank you so much.

My favorite gelding was feeling really bad sick (turns out he had laminitis). They treated him quickly and very well. Only a few days later we took him home! Definitely recommended!
