My car got towed from my own parking spot without any notice.
My permit was on my car's dashboard. Specifically my permit slipped between the dashboard and the windshield, however it was still visible.
They could not see it though since they will tow your car after midnight.
Although fountain park apartments have some information about tenants' cars, and tenants' parking spots etc, they will not use it. They prefer to tow your car without notice. I had to pay $432 to get it back.
There are barely no signs, online information, or emergency line to tell you how to proceed in those cases. Basically

I just moved to Fountain Park mid February 2021 and I love it here. Diane made everything so quick and easy. Everything needed was clearly outlined and calculated and she had me signed up within a day even helping me to correctly input my income so I would qualify instead of just saying I don’t. The complex is well maintained and safe for my kid to run around and I love the sound of kids playing, that means families think this place is safe enough for their kids to be here. The pond in center is so lovely to see and a great area to picnic. The junior one bedroom is small but cozy and I like that

Friendly and secured place, the surroundings areas are well maintained, it's completely remodeled and my neighbors are really quite and respectful. Diane is THE BEST person I have encountered in all my years of renting on different places. She always try to understand the situation and help you out the best way she can. Thanks to Diane for keeping the calm in the middle of this Pandemic. Thanks a lot for your help... GREAT PLACE to stay!!! Jean

Never rent this apartment.
My car was towed in the middle of the night at 2 am from my own parking spot. It cost me $300 to get back my car. The reason was lame that I did not display the permit properly. This is fine if I had parked in the open spot but since it was my assigned spot, they should have verified with me about the car before towing the car. I feel like the apartment stole my car in the middle of the night.
I also see a number of other reviews with people experiencing the same problem and appears like a scam run by the apartment to make some extra money from its tenants.

An noisy place to stay! Old timber buildings with noise from above and adjacent units!! They are repairing something or somewhere ever single day!
Most of the machines in the laundry room (close to my unit) need to be replaced.
Somebody stole my son's bike and there was almost no help/cooperation from the office.

I really enjoyed staying at these apartments! the staff (Yun & Diane) is great, super friendly and accommodating, the vicinity is always well kept, and the pool + BBQ area offers good sun light all day long and has various trees surrounding it. The apartments are also newly renovated, open-style space which makes the place feel bigger than it is.

Most of these reviews are old. Personally, I was hesitant after reading but our leasing process and move in was hassle free thanks to Yun and Dianne. Our unit was clean and remodeled at time of move in, with a single outlet not working and some very minor dings. Parking is variable, but we got lucky with a spot near our unit and rented an additional space so we didn't deal with visitor parking or tow company. Location is great with HD, trader joes, and Hmart within walking distance. Be aware a homeless encampment has occupied the vacant commercial lot next door at the moment and my first two weeks

Be careful about this place.

Next day it cost 310 (220 fine + 90 storage fee) for me to get my car back. HUA Z. also reported similar experience in another review. This absolutely isn't protecting tenants but trying to rob from customers. Management was so arrogance and not trying to help at all.

The apartment itself is okay. The real problem is that this is a SMOKING ALLOWED apartment. Because all of its neighbor cities already banned smoking within apartments, there is a high probability that you will have smoking neighbor and smoke WILL come into your home no matter what. Also, there are a lot of kids in the community. Recommend for family also with kids. But don't expect to have any quiet time....not even Sunday morning....And you always have to pay cleaning fee and painting fee when you move out (Yes even if the apartment is sparkly clean).
